Send a request to digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receiving the goods.

Transportation costs for returns shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Except as provided in item 2, transportation costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.

Products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.

NIKE and ADIDAS brand products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
