Right of withdrawal

1. BLUE EXPRESS FAMILY offers its customers a "money back guarantee"
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as per the current regulations.
There are 28 days available to make the return. Availing yourself of this guarantee is simple, just follow the steps below:
Email digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receiving the goods. NB: Do not ship without authorization.
Products must be returned by express courier to the following address:
Lcb Company srl - Viale del Lavoro, 41 int. 12 - 37036 - San Martino Buon Albergo (VR) - Italy.
Transportation costs for returns shall remain the responsibility of the customer.
Except as provided in item 2, transportation costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.
Products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
The product must be returned:
- properly packed in its original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not ruined, damaged or soiled)
and equipped with all its accessories and documentation, if any
- equipped with the Transport Document (present in the original packaging) so as to allow BLUE EXPRESS FAMILY to identify the Customer
(order number, first name, last name and address)
- without manifestly showing signs of use other than those compatible with carrying out a test of the same,
that is, that it does not bear traces of prolonged use (of more than a few minutes) exceeding the time necessary for a test and that it is not in such a state
as not to permit its resale.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you will also have to choose from one of the following options:
- Replacement of merchandise.In case you wish to replace the purchased merchandise with another product, it must be returned,
agreeing with customer service on the new product to be obtained as a replacement.
- Refund of money. The refund covers the price of the purchased product and will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
For intra EEC customers, the only expenses charged are those related to the return of the goods.
For extra EEC returns, customs duties are always charged to the customer.
Once the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, it will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
In the event that the customer has taken advantage of a promotion valid only over a certain spending threshold, and if returning all or part of the order the goods
remaining in his possession is of less value than the spending threshold, the value of the promotion will be withheld from the amount refunded.
2. Return of defective merchandise
In the case of defective goods, please email digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
Only in the case of defective merchandise, the cost of return for product replacement will be borne by Lcb Company srl.
3. Return Merchandise Outlet
Email digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Lhe costs of redelivery will be borne by the Customer
