  • Klarna (installment payment, subject to approval)

Using Klarna, data will be managed on secure external portal, according to terms of Klarna. Blue Express does not retain such data.

7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days from receipt of the item to return it to our warehouse

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 28 days of delivery, without the need for a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, write to us at the email address below, specifying your order number and product. You must return the products within 28 days, which means you have 28 days from receipt of the item to return it to our warehouse. A refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods, using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

The right does not apply to customized or personalized goods.

9. LEGAL WARRANTY OF CONFORMITY

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against defects of conformity, pursuant to the Consumer Code. In the event of a defect, you have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, at no additional charge.

10. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

The site may offer tools provided by third parties (chat, newsletters, reviews). Use is at your own risk. We make no guarantees about such tools.

11. LINKS TO EXTERNAL SITES

The site may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of such sites.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the forum of the consumer's residence or domicile shall apply. In other cases, the place of jurisdiction shall be Verona.
