Orders and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Satispay, Shop Pay and Klarna. With Klarna, you can split the amount into 3 interest-free installments, subject to Klarna approval.
Are online prices the same as in stores?
Not always: prices, promotions and website availability may differ from those in stores.
Do you restock sold-out products?
Generally not: many items are available in limited quantities and, once sold out, do not return. If you see your size available, do not wait.

How much does shipping cost?
Italy: €10, free for orders above €100.
European Union and United Kingdom: €15, free above €500.
Rest of world: €30, free above €500.
How long does my order take to arrive?
In Italy, the European Union and the United Kingdom, in 3–5 days; in the rest of the world, in 3–8 days. Promotional items may require a few extra days for internal transfers between our warehouses.
Do you ship outside the European Union? Are there customs duties?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For countries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient.
Store pickup
Can I pick up my online order in store?
Yes, for free, at stores where the item is available: Blue Express Family Verona city center, Adigeo (Verona), Affi or WaltherPark Bolzano. The product page shows which stores have it available; at checkout, choose «Store pickup» and the store.
Returns and refunds
How long do I have to make a return?
You have 14 days from receiving the package. Request a return from your account: log in with your email, select the order, click «Request a return», select the items and the reason. We will reply by email with the instructions.
Do you offer size exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges: you can return the item for a refund and place a new order in the correct size. To choose the right size, consult our size guides.
When will I receive my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective goods.
In what condition do I need to return the product?
In perfect condition, with tags and original packaging, without signs of use beyond simply trying it on.
Can I return an order placed online in a store?
Yes, but only with prior authorization: contact us first via the website chat (the fastest response) or at digital@bluexpress.com, specifying the order number and the store where you want to bring the return.
I received a defective product. What should I do?
Contact us via the website chat or at digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receiving it, including the order number and a photo of the defect. In this case, return shipping costs are our responsibility. All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.

How do I choose the right size?
