Email digital@bluexpress.com within 10 days of receiving the goods. NB: Do not ship without authorization.

Products must be returned by express courier to the following address:

Transportation costs for returns shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

Except as provided in item 2, transportation costs for returns shall be borne by the customer.

Products sent after the deadline to our warehouse without the above requirements cannot be refunded.

NIKE, ADIDAS, NEW BALANCE brand Products (ALL BRANDS INDICATED AS SPECIAL SNEAKERS) may be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
